When you will hear back
We answer within 2 working days, and usually the same day. Requests about your personal data are answered within 7 working days and acted on within 30, as set out in the Privacy Policy.
What to include
If you are writing about an order, these three things let us find it immediately:
- The email address or phone number you ordered with.
- The date of the payment.
- The Razorpay payment reference, if you have it.
Then one line about what went wrong. That is enough.
What we can help with
- A report that has not arrived, or a download link that will not open.
- A payment that went through with no report at the end of it, a duplicate charge, or a wrong amount — see the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
- Seeing, correcting or deleting the details we hold about you.
- A question about what is in the report before you buy one.
What we cannot do by email
We cannot give you a free reading over email, name a date for your marriage, or tell you about a specific person. Those are not services we sell — the Terms and Conditions say why.
We will never ask you for these
Nobody from Sadhna Astro will ever ask you for your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, net-banking password or an OTP — not to process a refund, not to fix an order, not for any reason at all. If someone asks you for one of those in our name, they are not us. Please tell us if it happens.
