Nothing is shipped. The Love & Heartbreak Report is a digital product: a PDF, sent to your WhatsApp and your email, and downloadable from this website. There is no courier, no tracking number, no delivery charge and no waiting for the post.
How you get your report
- You enter your birth details and pay.
- Your chart is computed and your report is written and typeset.
- The page you are already on turns into your download link, and your report is sent to the WhatsApp number and email address you gave us.
The whole of that usually takes ten to fifteen minutes. Please keep the page open — it updates by itself when the report is ready.
Your link stays live
Your download link is not a one-time link. It belongs to your order and you can come back to it later and download the report again. Save it somewhere. It is personal to you: anyone with the link can read your reading, so treat it the way you would treat the report itself.
WhatsApp and email
Your report is sent to the WhatsApp number and the email address you gave us at checkout. If it has not arrived, check your spam folder first, then write to us and we will send it again. The download link on this website is yours as well, so you are never dependent on a message arriving.
Delivery charges
There are none, in India or anywhere else. The price on the page is the whole price.
Where we deliver
Everywhere. It is a PDF, so it works wherever you can open a message or this website. The report is written in English or Hindi, whichever you choose at checkout.
If your report does not arrive
It should take ten to fifteen minutes. If it has been considerably longer than that, or the page shows an error, or your file will not open:
- Write to us with the email address or phone number you ordered with, and the date of your payment.
- We will find your order, fix it and send you your report.
- If we cannot produce your report at all, you get a full refund — see the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
You will never be charged twice for a report that failed the first time.
